If a Goose is a Goose and Many are Geese and a Flock is a Gaggle...

Then does that make one Kangaroo a Kangaroo, and many Kangarees, and a herd a Kaggle? No, it does not, instead a Kangaroo is a Kangaroo, many are Kangaroos, a herd is a troop or a mob, and Lacey gets very excited to see them in the wild! Since I have been slacking on the posting due to excessive amounts of paper writing I forgot to mention that I saw a troop of Kangaroos in Canberra! I had told James' family about how much I wanted to see a Kangaroo that was not in the zoo and about how when I was here a year ago and we drove to Canberra I stared into the fields along the road for 3 hours because James said they are sometimes in the fields, (I did not see a single one and gave up for the ride back, but of course...James saw one.) Well, regardless they said that I would most definitely see one on the drive back to the airport. I thought they were just giving me empty promises as I eagerly looked out the windows of the car. And then finally, I saw a troop of Kangaroos jumping and laying around together. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip, even though they made fun of my amazement.

OK, well it is time for work for me in the land of tomorrow.
